Who is the team behind Wander Along?

Noelle Reboul and Caitlin Henning are the artist-best-friend duo here at Wander Along.

We do everything from designing bandanas to packing your orders! If you reach out, it will be one of us who replies :)

Who makes your bandanas?

Everything in our shop, we design entirely by ourselves!

While we both have screen printing experience (and would love to spend a day in the shop printing Fishdanas) we aren't able to keep up with demand! Instead, we work with Pine Print Shop in Colorado to fulfill all of our print needs.

Our blanks are made of 100% cotton and our designs are printed using water-based inks.

Do you use AI to make your products?

The art on all of our products is drawn by hand, by us. No AI assistance here.

How do I care for my bandanas?

Spot cleaning is best, but you can machine wash cold with like colors. For our glow in the dark designs we recommend hand wash only to keep them glowing nice and bright!

Air dry only, our bandanas are made of cotton and will shrink 3-4 inches if placed in the dryer.

Iron low, or on a “cotton” setting to remove any creases or wrinkles.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to the United States.

The only reason why we don’t ship worldwide yet is because shipping to other countries is really expensive and not always dependable.

As soon as we find a cost-effective and well-tested way to ship our products, we’ll post on our socials about it!

Do you offer PR packages?

We do, but on a very rare basis. Feel free to email us at hello@wanderalong.shop and we'll let you know if we’d like to team up!

Please note, we do not offer any form of campus/brand ambassador programs at this time.

Can you make custom bandanas?

As much as we're a store, we're also a design studio- so yes, we absolutely can! Our Minimum Order Quantity is 100. If you’re part of an organization and you’d like to work with us to create custom or event-specific Fishdanas, send an email to hello@wanderalong.shop!

Can you make (insert animal here) inspired bandanas?

Maybe one day! We take all our requests to heart, and we keep a running list of them throughout the year.  

That being said, making bandanas takes a really long time. If you’ve already let us know what kinds of designs you’d like to see, just hang tight! 

When will (insert design here) be back in stock?

Most of our products are re-ordered on a month to month basis. Unless it is retired, the item will likely be back in stock within the next 4 to 6 weeks.

I’d like to work for you, are you hiring?

At this time, we do not have any open roles at Wander Along. If an opportunity were to arise, we would post about it on our social media!

Shop Policies

Shipping

Orders are shipped out once a week, every Tuesday afternoon.

Currently, we only ship within the US. We are exploring options for international shipping in the future!

Returns

Please send us an email with your order number and we’re happy to start the return process!

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receiving the order. Refunds will be processed after we recieve the returned merchandise and asess it for damages.

We cannot refund any worn, damaged, or otherwise imperfect merchandise. Any orders returned with stains, tears, or clear signs of wear will not be refunded.

Lost/Stolen Mail

Before you reach out, please take the time to double check that you entered the correct shipping address when you placed your order! It should be listed in your confirmation email and in your tracking information.

If you have entered the correct address, we recommend that you check with your neighbors, family, and friends to make sure no one picked it up by accident! You can also wait a few days to see if it does arrive- sometimes packages get marked ‘delivered’ prematurely, or are just delivered in weird places.

If it’s been 3+ days and you still haven’t located your package, please file a missing mail claim with the USPS and send us an email with your name and order number! We can work together to find a solution.

Items Returned to Sender

If your item was returened to sender, the quickest solution is to contact your local USPS office. They will often hold your order upon request, or tell you how you can pick it up.

If this is not an option for you, please send us an email with your order number and shipping address. Once we receive your package back to us, we can send it back to you or issue a refund! We just ask that you cover the cost of reshipping.

Damaged Items

We want all of our customers to enjoy a flawless bandana, so we quality check every single order before we mail it out. If it arrives damaged, its likely that it occured in transit or when the package itself was opened.

If your product arrives and it has tears, holes, stains, or other damages, please send us an email including your name, order number and photos of your damaged order

We handle damages on a case-by-case basis and would love to help you out! We will send a replacement bandana if the situation calls for it.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. 

Shipping addresses can be changed, but only before they’ve been shipped. Please reach out to us ASAP so we can correct any addresses we may need to.

We cannot refund, exchange, or replace any orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
